Indonesian Scout Movement is a non-formal education organization that organizes educational scouting carried out in Indonesia. The word "Scout" is an abbreviation of young praja karana, which means young people who like to work.
"Scout" is a reference to the Scout Movement members, which include; Scout Alert, Scouts raising, Boy Scout and Girl Scout Enforcer Pandega. Another group member who is the coach Scouts, Mainstay, Coach, Civil Saka, Kwartir Staff and Advisors Board.
While that is "scouting" is the process of education outside the school environment and outside the family environment in the form of exciting activities, fun, healthy, orderly, focused, practical, conducted in the open with the Basic Principles and Methods of Scouting Scouting, eventually forming the target character , good character and noble manners.
